Advantagen's expert team has rich experience in stable cell line generating. We have successfully developed many cell lines in the past, including ion channel cell lines, drug transporter cell lines, GPCR cell lines, trans-activation reporter cell lines. Most cell lines can be established in 2-6 months. Starting from transfecting your plasmid into cells (293, CHO cells etc.) or any other cells customer supplied. We can also make the DNA construct for you if required. Transfected cell are subsequently selected with antibiotics (e.g. G418). Positive clonal cells will be expanded and the expression of the gene can be tested by western blot if corresponding antibody are supplied. Customer receive 2 clonal cell lines with a full report.
